I saw today as an setup episode of Spinelli becoming a PI.

He had four 'cases'

Case #1 Who is the TMK?

Maxie and Spinelli discussed thier clues from the search of Coop's room.
I bet they are going to make quite a team.

Case #2: Who hit Sam McCall

Jason needed Spinelli's help to find out names of people who where involved in car accidents or needed recent car work to see if they could piece together who hit Sam.

Case #3: Stan's Death

Cassius told Spinelli to cyber up LOL.

Case #4: Logan's hunt for Lulu.

Spinelli didn't take that case LOL.
Logan was huffing and puffing looking for Lulu.. He found her but that had nothing to do with Spinelli.

so really our boy has a lot going on but the big story yesterday was the previews for Monday.

Spinelli is so much better then these losers. I can't believe how much of a bully Logan was being. Seriously Johnny defended our Spin. He will gets points for that but still.

So hopefully they will find Lulu soon and at least Lulu showed that when she is in trouble she can turn to spin because these other two guys are idiots. Logan really tried to criticize Spinelli for figuring out Lulu was at a monastery.

Lake Elsinore Event with Bradford, Julie and Josh

Today, my daughter and I attended the autograph signing at Lake Elsinore Outlets with Bradford, Julie Marie Berman and Josh Duhon. We're fortunate enough to live only 20 minutes away, so we were definitely excited when we heard about the location of this event.

Given the reviews of SSW and how large crowds are known to get, we weren't sure what to expect as far as turnout was concerned, so we arrived at 9:30 (the event was from 1:00-3:00). The place was deserted! So we ended up shopping for awhile. Finally, around 10:30, the tent and table went up and a few people started to show. We finally decided to get in line around 11:30, just to be on the safe side.

We met a lot of nice people in line, several of whom had been to SSW and had missed the chance to meet Bradford due to his enormous popularity at the event. Needless to say, they were excited to see him.

Everyone knew that the three of them were inside of an empty storefront right beside the signing area as they had a "dressing room for performers only" sign on the door. The windows were blacked out with paint, so you couldn't see in. Everytime the door opened, a hundred cameras would go up in the air to snap a picture, but alas, it was security guards or other people. The crowd kept giving a collective "awwwww" everytime it wasn't them. LOL! It was kind of hilarious after awhile! At one point, Bradford's lovely girlfriend, Angela, emerged and walked off down the mall, apparently to shop.

Finally at about 1:03, the door opened and out came the three.

Josh, Julie and Bradford sat right next to each other, and each had a stack of photos.

Each of them signed one for you when you approached the table, but you weren't allowed to stay very long and chat, which was a bummer. There was fear in the crowd for awhile because the security guards said that if the crowd got too big, we wouldn't be allowed to take photos with them. By the time my daughter and I left, the line was VERY long, so they probably did stop photos at some point as the event was only for two hours, but we DID get a picture!

What can I tell you about Bradford that you haven't already heard? He could NOT have been sweeter if he tried! He recognized me right away with the biggest smile, and although I think they were supposed to stay seated and sign autographs only, he leaned across the table and gave me and my daughter both a hug. We chatted very briefly as the security guards were really hurrying things along. Julie was just STUNNING in person, and so sweet. Bradford asked me if I had a little "thingie" over the "e" in my name (Rene'), and I said I did. Julie had already signed her photo for me, as had Josh, and Julie yells out "you do? Oh!" So she takes the photo back to add the accent mark. I told her it was no big deal, and she smiles and says, "yes it is!" Then she took Josh's photo and added it on as well. Josh leans over to and says, "what did I do wrong?" and she says, "nothing, I fixed it for you." It was cute.

Poor Josh. He looked shy and kind of shell shocked by the whole thing. He seems very sweet, and I'm kind of sorry now I didn't speak to him more, but they really didn't give you much time at all.

I was definitely glad we went so that we at least had a brief moment to say hi to Bradford.

**Personal note - I've only lived in California for eight months, so I have to tell you - standing in line and actually sweating in the direct sun (it was about 78), surrounded by people in shorts and tank tops in front of a HUGE Christmas tree, surrounded by palm trees and just FOUR DAYS from Thanksgiving was something else! Wonderful but kind of contradictory! My relatives are freezing in parkas back home! LOL!

GH the last two days..

Probably the most unintentionally funny scene I've watched in a while was when Jason was telling Liz all the people who knew about Jake being his kid.

Lulu is getting involved with another baddie.. Johnny is texting her. Don't know why she feels the need to act out, I still say she and Maxie aren't that far apart.

Anyway.. Spin invited her to stay at the penthouse.. I would say that Jason was not happy about this development. It's getting very clear that he has a soft spot for Spin.

I must say that Spinlu are still very good together. I'm a fan of the slow building and this relationship actually accomplishes that. They both have quite a bit of maturing to do, obviously.





As for the other parts of the show? It was good to see Old Skool Jax actually getting one over on Trevor.

I have no horse in this race, so I will say that the Liason love scene was very well done and romantic. Then again, I also felt bad that Lucky/Liz are divorcing, even though all I've seen mostly from them since I started watching again is hateful and unfaithful. (I was a fan of the couple when JJ was Lucky..)

Logan remains a squicky character to me. I had to laugh at all the nasties coming out of his mouth. Didn't know daytime TV allowed such language. I don't think I can even repeat what he called Maxie on Penny's PG-rated journal..

September 19 campy fun.

More and more, I am thinking Spin/Lulu/Logan/Maxie story is a new whacked out version of the old Luke/Laura/Scott/Bobbie story.

Lulu=Laura--Bratty and self-absorbed, runs away when things go wrong. Hates her life, thinks her home is a prison. In today's show, (during the frantic search)Lesley even said Lulu reminded her of Laura.





Logan=Scottie--Screw up who often says and does the wrong thing. Bobbie connived and had sex with Scottie, Laura found out and was broken hearted. It's being relived. Interesting that Logan's father is Scott Baldwin, too.





Spin=Luke--Suffering from severe unrequited love but pretending to be a BFF. Good dancer (if incorperated) mob ties, has vivid fantasies about blonde one, bad hair, makes up nicknames, has strange friends and likes to wear disguises sometime...





Maxie=Bobbie--Conniving, self-destructive, hates/jealous of the blonde one. Claims her life was far worse, but (of course) she doesn't whine like blonde one does.





Like I said, whacked out version..

Remarkably, there was lots of cast integration, today. Loved the scenes with Logan/Scott, the Quartermaines, Maxie/Georgie and Jason/Spin. (You are the Jackal!!) Spin is rubbing off on Jason, which amuses me. Still don't know how he finds people on the internet in 10 minutes, but we won't think about that.

The chase to the car when Lulu runs from newly introduced Johnny Zacharra and locks the door (He has a canvas top) was campy fun. The evil guy's introduction was interesting. We'll see if it goes down hill from here.

Logan is a screw up!. He has got nothing on the Jackal.

Ok is it bad that I giggle when my sweet Jackal punched Logan and when Lulu 'heart' got scuffed up by Maxie. Both times I giggled.

The best thing about today was Jason & Spinelli.

Jason found Spinelli mixing vodka and orange soda to ease his pain (someone needs to tell him you don't mix your beverage of choice with vodka. not a good idea..)

Jason and Spinelli has another wonderful heart felt discusion. Spinelli forces me to like Jason (be it kicking and screaming all the way). Jason is warmer then he was a year ago and it not just because of Jake. Spinelli has a great deal to do with Stone Cold's thawing.

ok I like Georgie. I refuse to get my heart broke though so I can't jump on the G-Spin train just yet. The Spinlu train has gotten pretty roomy and I am a pretty sorry romantic. Georgie really is agreat friend to Spin that in its self is true.

Tuesday: No offense but the Jackal does not need to be apprised of the details

I watched the earlier scenes involving Lulu and monster Logan in ff so the 'stuff' that happened earlier I I didn't really see except really fast (honestly that may have made it worse).. Gross Lulu.. Gross. Maybe someday you can have a 'healthy' sexual experiance. You go with you 2 or 3 times with Dillon that happened because of a lie to THIS. Talk about a step down. Now that the elephant in the room has been dealt with lets go back to our regularly scheduled program.
We see our great Spinelli first after Maxie sent Lulu to Spinelli after talking about a new game he created about her. (did I miss the part where Spin tells Maxie about the game??)

So Lulu comes over and pretty much tells Spinelli that she has done 'it' with Logan. Logan is great and wonderful. blah blah blah.. wasn't it just Friday that Lulu seemed reasonable again? what happened? She wasn't even very nice to him. What was the point in coming over right after being with Logan. She didn't even change her clothes. I can't even talk about it anymore.. Just look at that face.

Spinelli needs a hug again.

Ok I admit it..

I have not seen Monday or Tuesday's episodes. As a Spinlu fan and a card carrying member of the Logan must die club, I am just not looking forward to it.. But I will get enough strength and do a recap soon promise.. :)

The Jackal's Broken Heart & Loser Lulu

Well LoserLulu broke Spinelli's heart not once but twice today. First She told the Jackal about wanting to get giggi with the unworthy one (gross Lulu TMI) and then didn't trust Spin when he told her that Logan was caught making out with Maxie.

Did she just say she wants to do WHAT with Logan?

We start the day of carnage with the Lulu finishing up with telling Spinelli she would like to know Logan in a more physical way. GROSS. Yuck. Who tells a friend who you know has got feelings for you that. LoserLulu indeed.

Poor sweet Spinelli panicked when he realized that Lulu was falling for the unworthly one and came up with a very 'soap' reason for why Lulu and Logan can't get together.. (that they are really siblings) Spinelli Spinelli.. Spinelli.. Laura could never have contributed to Logan's DNA. Poor sweet Spinelli. He beg for forgiveness as soon as he realized the idea was stupid ad that Lulu (soon to be LoserLulu) was not buying it. (points for creativity though)

This is just wrong, Lulu should be the one begging for forgiveness.

At the same time during this Cooper walks in on Maxie and Logan 'discussing' their bet. Poor Cooper.. Poor Cooper.

Lulu left after a bit leaving Spinelli alone in his own grief. He then writes Lulu an really sweet Logan hate filled email (ITA Spinelli).

Maxie and Cooper move their post LoMax kiss fight to Kelly's where Spinelli over hears about it.

Did I just hear what I think I heard?

Lulu and Spinelli meet up after Spinelli had called her. She tells him that she will keep their friendship "Logan Free". (a little late LoserLulu). Spinelli then tells her what he over heard from Maxie and Cooper in Kelly's. LoserLulu was hence born because she did not believe him. Loser Lulu you are dead to me. You believed the monster who sexually assulted you and attacked your friend over SPINELLI.

Loser Lulu is Born.

Let me put it in the language of your people....

oh what a surprise of a day.I found Spinelli such a joy. Lulu was still acting like a 12 year old but it was a really interesting day.

future love triangle?

We first find we find Georgie and Lulu having a discussion about Logan. Poor heart broken Spinelli over hears Lulu talking about Logan. When Spinelli runs off Georgie tells Lulu that Spinelli is such a better catch then Logag.

Spinelli goes to Jake's and confronts Logan about Lulu. There was no sign of wimpyness at all. He was on a mission to protect Lulu. He knows Logan is garbage. He even tried to threaten Logan with a pool ball.

The Logan and Spinelli's conversation is broken up by Lulu who over hears Spinelli talking about her. Spinelli leaves and Lulu kills a bunch of brain cells around Logan.

Guza is evil for putting Spinelli in a scene with Logan. He knew I could not fast forward the Logan scenes because Spinelli was in them.
