The final nominations are going to be announced in April (with the awards June 20th)
The prenomination list is out and Bradford Anderson is on it. He is summited under Supporting Actor. Each show is given a certain number of spots for each category and it is from that list that the people are picked by who gets nominated. If your not summited as a pre-nom you won't get nominated and if your not nominated you can't win.
