The Meet & Greet will start after the tournament at an estimated time around 2:00-3:00pm That is just an estimate because It is dependent when the tournament is over.

I knew about this event but they had not updated the information till today. Looks like it is just 20 dollars to attend a 'meet & greet' Just emailed the shelter to get more details.
The lady running the event emailed and asked me to post it on the Bradford Anderson Fan Group - I'll post this additional information as well - WOW $20.00! You're lucky to live so close!! Whew!!
