Are we ready? Today is the day.

Spoilers..

So Sweet Georgie is murdered today.. I belive it will happen right at the end and then keep going Monday with the aftermath. Merry Christmas.

Again I ask WHY.
Yes as a huge Bradford fan I am looking forward to his performance but as an almost life long GH fan I am heartbroken. I can't even compare this with Emily's death. Emily experienced adult life. While she was married Georgie still didn't get much of a chance to live.

You know, watching Spin and Georgie the last few days since the "soup scene", when they actually aren't just talking about Lulu? I think the GH writers are on crack. I can't think of one reason for this, and from spoilers it's not giving anyone any huge story that I can see. Nobody said they had to be this huge love story, but please...

Anyway, she doesn't technically die today, but I think this is the last day that she and Spin actually talk to each other.

I have noticed lately that lots of people are giving up the show out of frustration.

The show is too dark and not fun. Who needs it?

I can honestly say if it wasn't for Spin, I wouldn't give it a minute of my time.

I agree with the last comment . . . if it wasn't for Bradford and his awesome performance, I would NOT watch GH at all!! And just when I thought that maybe . . . just maybe we'd get a half decent sweet and innocent love storyline between Georgie & Spinelli, they break my heart!!!! AAAHHHHHHH!!! I can only hope that there's something extraordinary in the works for Spin in the near future!!!

Do the writers think that killing beloved characters will draw new viewers??? Keep viewers??? What idiots!!! And I agree...Bradford is the only reason I keep watching.

I not be walking GH if it wasn't for Bradford. I have more important things to watch then this.

I'll be honest, I've never been much of a Georgie fan, but this is really unfair. Unfair to her fans, to the actress, and to the show in general.

Jill Farren Phelps, executive producer, is notorious for killing off the "good guys" on other shows for a moment of supposed high ratings with little or no thought to how it will impact the fans and the future of the show. It's gross. JFP needs to be fired PRONTO or this SHOW is going to die.

Georgie's death is pissing a lot of people off and losing a lot of fans for the show. That combined with the writers strike...I bet JFP will have a few more grey hairs and will hopefully start job hunting...

I haven't watched today's episode yet - I haven't had the time, but mostly, I haven't had the heart.

What really sucks is that they've given Spin and Georgia this wonderful scenes together the past few days and just making me realize all the more how cute they would have been together.

Laurelin, I've never been a big Georgie fan either, so I'm with you there, but it's the writers that caused the problem - and they easily could have fixed it with G-Spin.

I have MUCH MORE TO SAY on this subject, but I will refrain until I see the dreaded episode. Then I'll do my venting....
